These terms govern BOPIGO. You must be at least 18 years old for the first public release and provide accurate account information.
Account and permitted use
Keep login codes and devices secure. Do not cheat, manipulate health or challenge results, impersonate others, scrape the service, attack security, send spam or upload illegal, harmful or infringing material.
Service and content
BOPIGO may change features, correct results and remove unsafe challenges. You own your content but grant BOPIGO a limited licence to store, display, moderate and process it to operate the service.
Enforcement and appeal
We may warn, restrict chat, remove content, exclude participants, suspend or delete accounts when rules or law are breached. Material decisions include a reason and an appeal route.
Safety and liability
Activity is your responsibility. BOPIGO is not medical advice or a medical device. Do not participate where a challenge is unsafe for you. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
